How do I order tickets?

Order your tickets via www.gpvalkenswaard.nl. Click on tickets and you will be directed to the ticket shop. You can order online until March 24, 2019.

A kids ticket can only be ordered in combination with an adult ticket!

I have not had a confirmation email of my purchase, what to do?

Please check your spam. Unfortunately, it happens that the message will be put in your spam box. Not even in your spam? Please log into your account https://europe.motocross-tickets.com/10901-mxgp-of-europe/en/. You will find the tickets in “my tickets”. Click on the blue icon to download.

I have a question about my ticket (s) and this is not in the FAQ. Where can I go?

You can send an e-mail to tickets@gpvalkenswaard.nl. We will answer your question as soon as possible.

I have bought tickets but would like to exchange or return, is this possible?

Unfortunately, we will not exchange tickets or give money back.

I have bought tickets but I am (temporarily) dependent on a wheelchair or crutches, can I park closer?

We ask you to contact our office via welcome@gpvalkenswaard.nl.

Can I buy a ticket on the racetrack with my debit or credit card?

This is possible at the welcome office opposite the main entrance. You cannot withdraw money here!

Can I buy a ticket for only Saturday or Sunday?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

When are the track and paddock open?

You can enter the track and paddock from Friday, March 6 until March 8, 2020 with a valid ticket. This includes riders and teams.

How can I pay at the Grand Prix?

You can pay cash at the tills and in the beverage and food services. You can buy tickets with a debit and credit card on the track, from March 6 until March 8, 2020 at the welcome office opposite the main entrance. You cannot withdraw money here!

How do I get to the Euro Circuit?

You can find details on our website, www.gpvalkenswaard.nl.

Where can I park?

Free parking is available on site near the circuit. Please follow the signs “parkeren publiek”.

Should I stick to certain rules?

Visiting the Grand Prix must be a nice experience for everyone. We have therefore established house rules:

The organization is not liable for injury or other damage as a result of visiting the GP
Stick to instructions of the organization, security. This is for your own safety and that of others.
The organization reserves the right at any time to deny access to the site.
The organization reserves the right to change the policy at any time.
Weapons are prohibited!
Visiting this competition is entirely at your own risk.
People who are in any way whatsoever of misconduct and the surrounding area will be immediately removed from site.
Put your rubbish in the designated bins.

I am a journalist or photographer, how do I get an accreditation?

Dutch journalists and photographers can contact our local press officer via press@gpvalkenswaard.nl.

When am I allowed on the campsite?

The campsite is open from Friday, March 6 (2 pm) through Sunday, March 8, 2020.

How much does it cost to stay at the campsite?

It costs €40 per camper/caravan for the weekend.

Is it possible to make a reservation for the campsite?

You don’t need to make a reservation but first comes, first served.

Is there power available on the camp site?

There is no power available.

Are there toilet and shower facilities on site?

There is a toilet and shower facility on the campsite.

Am I allowed to have a camp fire?

No, unfortunately you are not allowed to have any open fire at the campsite.
